What are your hours?

We are open weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 8AM-4PM. Holiday hours are typically posted on our social media accounts.
Where is Transcend Security located?

We are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our physical guard services are only available in the Greater Phoenix area, but our technology solutions are available throughout the lower (Southwestern and Southern) United States.

Does Transcend hire armed guards?

Yes and no. We do not hire for armed services, but if you have/ can obtain your unarmed guard card, you are welcome to apply!
Can I get my guard card with Transcend?

We do not offer in-office guard card services, but we do partner with an online guard training to help applicants complete their training online. After you've completed the training, feel free to come to our office and get fingerprinted and get started with the hiring process!
